Things Are Getting Better , TG

This week has been the best in quite a while, thanks to our good Lord. Sanford's feeling good again since getting his transfusions.
And Pam has had an incredible week back at school. Her little 'army of angels' have really been there for her like you wouldn't believe. She met the mother of a former student in the supermarket and after they talked for a while, the mother promised to bring her boys to school to help Pam get settled in her new classroom. Well, that mother showed up with her four boys and at least 6 other boys. The boys went into the classroom and got busy working like they'd done it all before...with almost no instructions they were putting things where they belong and hanging stuff up, etc..
Pam's best friend's friend has a daughter who will be in Pam's class and when that mother came to see Pam, she said that she too, is a breast cancer survivor and a nurse. She shared lots of info and promised to be there when Pam goes for her treatments.
These are just two of many expressions of love showed our DD. We feel more blessed than words can express. Pam told us that she doesn't know what she did to deserve all the love and care she's receiving, but she's glad she did whatever it was.
It seems the whole school is also offering their support. Like a teacher tells a kid that they're going to call their parent, one of Pam's teacher friends told her that if she didn't sit down and stop working, she was going to call Dorienne [Pam's daughter]. LOL.
Her first week back in school was better than she could have ever imagined. God IS Good ... All the time!!
