Last Friday was a day that I would not like to have to re-live. It was [as is with everyone who has experienced it] a very traumatic surprise. I thank God for this blessed Friday... Sanford is almost back to where he was before last Friday..
After much research on the internet...we think that what he experienced was a TIA [a mini stroke]. Of the more than 6 websites that I checked, they ALL included one of his symptoms ... loss of balance.
Yesterday he had an MRI of his brain and next Monday afternoon we hope that our primary doctor will be able to tell us the results of that MRI and good news.
We've been blessed with 'Happy Anniversary' calls all day from family and friends. Instead of celebrating our 60th anniversary on the cruise ship, we are blessed to be having dinner together at our own dining room table with our youngest daughter and my brother. She is preparing the meal and she is a really great cook. Not only do we think so, but so does everyone who has ever eaten anything that she's prepared. She IS great!!
